Here is a list of some of the accomplishments I am most proud of and the ways I have helped a lot of people.

I started my first business from scratch when I was 26 with just $2,000 and a 19 year old (mud brown) pickup truck and built it into a million dollar landscape and construction business.

Bought and sold multiple business franchises during the 1990’s before the dot.com explosion.

Invested in millions of dollars’ worth of real estate investments (both commercial and residential rental properties) all over the country using a new nothing down business technique I pioneered.

Became a nationally recognized real estate speaker and trainer in the 2000’s teaching to crowds of thousands of people from coast to coast at large expos and regional investor club meetings. Many people were able to buy their first investment property using the profitable strategy I taught them.

Launched my first online educational product in 2003 and sold millions of dollars of business success kits and personal wealth coaching to people that needed funding to get ahead and prosper.

I have used my online platform to help people in our community start their own businesses, successfully buy and sell real estate and to call attention to once in a lifetime investments my members could participate in like:

Apple Stock (on the very day Steve Jobs passed away) that went on to go from $50 to $3,550 each today. Apple is still one of the best preforming investment in the entire market.

Bitcoin that you could have put $10 into that now is worth $350,000

No one was talking about bitcoin when I first started to teach my members how to invest in it. Now everyone talks about it. And yet, many people are missing the other more under the radar crypto-currencies (that are bigger money makers). In fact, I urged my readers to buy Solana when it was dirt cheap and those that did enjoyed it’s tremendous recent rise to almost $200 (almost tripling in price after I gave out this winner publicly)

And new affiliate marketing business techniques, I have perfected, that now can make $150,000 per year as a part time small business.

All those victories are documented, verified and time stamped. They made a lot of money for the people I worked with and that I helped to succeed.

People who have followed me over the years have been able to start businesses, get funding, enjoy more happiness and make exceptional profits.
